I think her Defense contractor is waiting to see what money is available as the New Congress moves forward. The Budget passed in December should be a, "Green-Light," for renewable fuels. My guess is that Keystone is Vetoed and is held up again. Obama could open the Spicket for DME to emerge if the right people got involved to push it!
