Why would a new CEO take over a delisted corporation still listed as active in the state of Delaware. ? Fishy things are happening NONE of us can explain just speculate like always. I'm not gonna try to even understand cause frankly I don't ,.alls I care about is if this skeleton gets revived and if we eventually trade Again with the same or brand new ticker symbol RXPC. $$$$$ gonna wait it out a few more years and see.......
