Correct. That's how promo actually work. They alert AFTER a long run and then promote it when it's time for the dumpster to manipulate it by having more buyers. Then in result the dumpage is more volatile then it suppose to be giving shorters all of the advantage to win. Promoters themselves exit while shareholders enter and loose. Manipulation at its best. If you can alert before a big run like yesterday I'll join one. Dumpage ahead folks!!
