FWIW, I spoke with someone in the Southern District of Courts Office. She said that a search warrant that has been executed should show up in Pacer unless the case is sealed. She also said warrants are executed through the US Marshalls' office. I asked about the site saying it hadn't been updated since 5/2 and she was confused thought it was updated "almost instantaneously". I mentioned Jefferson and she said if it was in conjunction with a Congressman it is definitely sealed. But, I'll keep check pacer just to see if anything comes up.
