Hope everyone here does great with PGCX. As a long time long very familiar with the multiple S-1/a's put out by the company it is only fair that shareholders receive as much info as possible. I may decide to jump back in once the conversions are done, but for now I will watch and hope for some decent news that shows the company has a direction. Doesn't mean this stock can't run if VFIN and VNDM back off, it most definitely can! IMHO GL
