Definitely dilution not gonna deny it after today's action with the mms...still looks to be moving up....chart looks good....maybe company is diluting because they have news coming to help sustain the price up from here...there's plenty of buying today as well.....why go through the s1 sec review if there wasn't bigger plans/ things happening behind the scenes?
