Thanks for your thoughtful post. Here are some of MY thoughts:

1) NTEK is not on ALL UltraHD/4K TVs brands yet.

2) Some brands are EXPECTED to release units at the end
of the month, or around early Feb.

2) My DD shows the Global TV-Market is ~1.5B
(I have posted links in the past attesting to this &
other facts I will include herein)

3) Data suggests ~1%, or 15mm, current Global UltraHD 4K
TV owners.

4) Put another way: 1.485 BILLION UltraHD TVs have NOT
been bought &/or acquired yet!!

Consider for a moment how #4 reflects upon investors claims
for urgency!

5) TV turnover-rate is regarded as ~7yrs according to best
avail industry-data (linked & shared with this very board
by yours truly in the recent past).

6) So, 15mm units doesn't even qualify as YEAR ONE (whereas
adoption & conversions are concerned; since that "7yr" historical
figure would mean ~215mm TVs sold per year!! According to that
figure, we aren't even CLOSE to YEAR 1 of 7 (& may not be for
another 18-24months or more).

There is FAR MORE to say in response to your thoughtful post.

I'll simply start with my opinion: NTEK has to get on each platform
first. Job #1 is addressing streaming compatibility & service on
ALL UltraHD/4K TVs, makes & models. By February NTEK should have
visibility on Sony, Hisense, Toshiba, Panasonic & others (as well
as handhelds, tablets & other 4K-enabled streaming devices we've
already confirmed thus far).

I suspect SOME of your comments & concerns will be addressed by
February as NTEK's Blake Brown, Carl Bellitti, LX Rudis, Phil
Foley & other NTEK staff continue the roll-out the UltraFlix
product on various consumer 4K-enabled TVs & devices.

To follow some additional miscellaneous info verified & presented
to this board many times by myself & others: NONE OF US know
exactly what NTEK has planned. However, many shareholders have done
extensive DD by visiting with NTEK at many of their locations incl: Boston, LA, San Fran, Silicon Valley, Fairfield, etc., & @ multiple Trade Shows
(NTEK did OVER 12 Trade Shows showcasing their streaming abilities
in multiple countries during a 12mo period), 2 Shareholder Meetings, etc..

Many shareholders have independently confirmed NTEK intentions
whereas the UltraFlix business is concerned. Many trust in the
direction set by Mitch Lowe, Alan Stone, Tom Cosgrove, Rod Riegel
& other experienced NTEK staff including the quality of work by
Multi-PATENTED streaming expert Blake Brown. But, as to what we've
been told in PUBLIC & in private regarding FEE STRUCTURE:

UltraFlix is expected to have a 3-Tier Revenue Plan:
[1] FREEMIUM (Ad-revenue based)
[2] Subscription ~$5.- (No ads)
[3] Premium/PPV $0.49 to $14.99 (for NEW titles, LIVE content,
concerts, sports events, first-run films, etc..)

Keep in mind....

NTEK has other divisions, patents-pending & products:
1) Gaming-Labs
2) "4K Studios"
3) UltraHD/4K Streaming Media Players

4) Corporate Digital Signage Player & Business
5) VEGAS2047
6) Royalties & Licensing Opportunities in Casino, Gaming, UHD/4K
Film Distribution, etc..

7) Exceptional management, experienced staff & consultants.
8) Adult UltraHD/4K Content deals with Huccio & Naughty America...
9) MS3D

& MORE!!

So, although UltraFlix has received the Lion's share of attention,
NTEK has a great deal going for it. I STRONGLY URGE folks who
are invested &/or considering the investment to visit with NanoTech
at any number of locations; see, first-hand, what NTEK has been
able to accomplish & what their intentions are growing forward.

Lastly, BE MINDFUL...Some folks talk about NTEK as if they must
DETHRONE Netflix to be successful. Market research suggests that
UltraHD/4K is a HUGE BUSINESS & NTEK only need a VERY SMALL PIECE
of it to be WILDLY SUCCESSFUL for shareholders...And, as earlier
noted, NTEK has multiple other divisions with HUGE UPSIDE as
well.

NTEK is already a VERTICALLY INTEGRATED COMPANY. Positioned to
advantage the exploits of one Mark Cuban (when he took FIVE YEARS
to position his company to monetize the transition from SD (Standard
Definition) to HD (High Definition) in the 90's & the decade or more that followed...History REPEATS!! The opportunity is very
VERY REAL & UltraFlix is among the first-to-market...

In my OPINION, the "market" doesn't even qualify as a emerging yet
as I demonstrated earlier in my analysis. We haven't even hit double-
digit sales (in the millions) yet, although many of us believe &
KNOW IT IS COMING; & in a VERY BIG WAY!!!

But first? PERSPECTIVE!! NTEK is simultaneously growing their
library while expanding the platform to other brands (again,
some of which don't even have their UltraHD/4K TV lineup out
yet)....And 15mm of a potentially 1.5BILLION TVs still leaves
1.485BILLION yet to get involved.

Be mindful THAT number doesn't even include computers, handhelds,
tablets & other 4K-enabled devices which are expected to STREAM UltraFlix or ProFlix (as in Digital Signage) as well...

Over time we could be looking at 4B or more screens & devices
(incl. Digital Signage, handhelds, computers, etc. to the mix)...

Room to grow before we sleep!! NTEK has HUGE POTENTIAL...& they
have a TON of GROWTH & WORK ahead. The ONE thing that gives me
lots of solace is that they are ALREADY THERE...Samsung, Sony,
Hisense, Vizio already promoting NTEKs UltraFlix...(& they are
operating in an industry with HUGE upside, growth ahead & that
should provide the opportunity to make some mistakes in case they
have a few missteps along the way; the road ahead should be
forgiving)...

Here are some NTEK milestones & progress thus far:

STEP ONE: Android Compatibility w/ access to ~1B Android Devices
STEP TWO: Samsung, Sony & Vizio own ~90% UltraHD/4K Market Share
STEP THREE: On other major TV brands (coming by February)
STEP FOUR: Expanding CONTENT w/ deals announced & in the works
STEP FIVE: UltraFlix users REPORT seeing ADS

HUGE milestones & significant progress for a $0.03 stock...

PS- Much of what I have posted here is NOT MY PERSONAL OPINION.
It is born of industry research, study, trends, analysis, etc..
However, EVERYONE would be wise to SELF-VERIFY everything
posted on a message board...As these are merely MY INTERPRETATIONS
of the information I have shared with this board since I have been
following this stock closely the past two year...
