Hello duke, I was always skeptical of the deal myself but I do have one thought maybe you can help explain. How can one publicly claim it has a de with a publicly known company like TRU and simply lie about it and get away with it? Seems to me there is conflict with calling it a fraud. A deal that started and never came to fruition sure, but s complete and open fraud you would think TRU would sue for potential defamation etc. While I am not an investor here, simply a opportunist, I can't defend any claim of fraud regarding Tru. I understand your sentiment on JNH and I do agree it was terrible if BENNY, we have to be able to be accountable for our own words too. Fraud? I don't think so, mismanaged? Absolutely! IMHO
