Your scenario might be right but I think it is a little too fast paced. ELTP's ADT would have to prove that it can make money. I believe we would have to see good money coming in from sales of the ADT line. That puts my prediction (assuming no more delays and an FDA approval) around mid to late 2017 during which time there will be a substantial pps increase.
I also still think J&J is the one most interested and will pay the most. As for a buy out price I don't see any more than $5 per share but no less than $3.
However it turns out these are definitely exciting times for Elite and I will be ready for whatever scenario takes place. GL
