yeah that could be tricky, a buy out. I can't remember which china stock I saw that play on, was it ABAT? is that why I thought it was gone? anyways the company claimed to be in a position of a buy-out, but when it all came down it turned out to be a ruse, they simply desisted themselves and all were screwed. said something about how the US exchange sucked, albeit never explained why they failed the buy-out, lol, save I believe it was just so they could liquidate their shares..

regardless it illustrated that in China, they could not give a poop about trading history and china would just let them screw over the US stock holders..

Of the main things that was important to note about that delisting was simply. Companies don't just up and list themselves inside the US markets to share profits but to acquire funds which they couldn't manage in china to begin with.

So, I spect, if ABAT was to continue they'd have to maintain a position in which a US lender or hedge fund would take interest and risk into.

So, more importantly in the long side of things, what's Abat been doing to attract lenders and hedge funds?
