New CEO holding 1bil shares out of 2bil A/S

W/ only 131mil O/S as of Dec 14' filing.

So what if 2 x 25mil sold today as a result of dilution.

That was still put GERS O/S at 200mil or under.

This news hinted more coming. Patents= first step, what's next :D
