(127M) owner claims to have the next big thing in solar or battery industry. claims to have patent, which we can't find, nor are they willing to give any info or reference. he communicates and writes back via email fairly quickly. swears he and management are not dumping shares. says old transfer agent stole shares and is selling into market. claims to have an attorney working on it and has contacted SEC. has publicly claimed to have ongoing deals in the middle east and russia.

But YES, according to their financials, this is a POS!
