(imo) To me, that PR is as if DECN is claiming victory before a war (legal battle) is over.

(imo) a BIG problem is the association DECN may be claiming in the PR

(imo) DECN may be tarnishing (or attempting to tarnish) the JNJ Brand name by this type of association

(imo) DECN may be seeing an UpHill Battle and are Throwing anything at the wall to see if it sticks.
