This thing is a joke. First they announced there intention to raise $3 million LAST YEAR (failure) then they launched a website for people to "buy gold forward" (failure), now they have raise a measly $300k to pay management salaries and dump insider paper on poor saps.

Instead of moving a project forward correctly (drilling, resource, economics, etc) they chose to forgo all this and try to start mining as soon as possible, then figured out they could raise money without the prior haha. What a complete joke.
