Nope they can't buy it yet.
Institutions will come with higher share price, and a different exchange.
I suppose some individual investors who are watching now will also wait to jump in at 2-3 dollars, when everybody knows and believes what I do.

The risk/reward ratio imo looks great to me and many who have done their DD.
