They should be done training the new staff soon. He said in the update it would be around the fourth quarter of last year so it should be coming soon. I wonder How many people are being trained. if rusty expect about $500,000 a month out of this in the future I would think it would have to be way over 100 people probably 200 or 300 in the update I think he said there are two big companies still waiting do business with us but are waiting for us to increase staff. Also when other big companies see our success they might want to jump in and do Business with us also,so a big staff is necessary. I think at this point for us to go big and do Business with big companies we have to have a very large staff. I think that's what's taking so long, they also have to all be properly trained so everything runs smoothly. That will take time and I think the time is close at hand.
