MUST READ BOTTLING CONTRACT PR DD

LVGI has a problem the bottling contract news has been said before so that makes it old news.. OR DOES IT?

PR from 2014 bottling contract: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/limitless-venture-group-inc-announces-131500635.html

HOLBROOK, NY--(Marketwired - May 22, 2014) - Limitless Venture Group Inc. (OTC Pink: LVGI) (PINKSHEETS: LVGI) today announced that it has signed a bottling contract, through its wholly owned subsidiary Limitless Brands Inc. which owns the SLAM Infusination line of products, with Panache Distillery, LLC of New Port Richey, Florida to blend and bottle all SLAM Infusination products. This change in bottlers requires Limitless Brands Inc. to apply for new label approvals which will take 45-60 days. Once approved Panache can begin bottling the products. Due to the required delay, Mango Bottling has agreed to produce the initial bottling run for us, but can no longer commit to production full time as they are currently at full capacity with their own product lines. Having SLAM Infusination products ready for the summer markets will ensure SLAM has the proper launch it deserves. Beach parties, barbecues, backyard gatherings and tailgating parties will never be the same again.

Notice there is no talk about amount of cases or possible profits.

This all happened before the halt and was lost when the halt happened.

Now lets look at the PR from 1/19/2015 I've marked key statements in the PR.

TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Jan 19, 2015) - Limitless Venture Group Inc's. (OTC PINK: LVGI) today announced it has formally signed the SLAM bottling agreement with Temperance Distilling, through its wholly owned subsidiary Limitless Brands Inc., which supersedes any and all previous agreements.

After Temperance tested the bottle, cap and label for SLAM on its current line to make sure of compatibility, looking over flavor profiles and calculating costs it was decided the SLAM project was a great fit and is moving forward full steam ahead.

One round of flavor testing has been completed and some minor tweaks to a few flavors were suggested. Those changes have been made now and new samples have just arrived for final taste testing. From here Temperance is to apply to the TTB for new FIDS and COLA approvals, which are flavors and labels. This process can take anywhere from 30-60 days. Once approved production is to begin immediately.

The target set of a Spring Break 2015 launch is very attainable.

"We are very excited to have formally signed the SLAM bottling agreement with Temperance after mutually agreeing on price and production targets and all is a go!!!! With our minimum bottling agreement of 3,000 cases per year that will generate a minimum of a half-a-million dollars in annually sales, and we plan on much higher production rates than just the minimum!" stated LVGI CEO Joseph Francella. "We are well on our way to having SLAM on your shelves as promised," he went on to say.

Updates to follow on final flavor samples and approval process. Our shareholders will be kept informed every step of the way.

Can you see the difference? If anything the 2014 PR was ALL FLUFF but not this new PR. Joe has the ability to give us real numbers as a REAL AND TRUE contract is now in place.

I encourage everyone to pass this along as I know we didn't move because people THINK they have heard this before and man are they wrong.
