Company needs to pay 25k each quarter as per agreement 8k this year to reduce their one million $$ debt. Great deal for them. Me too would like a loan for a million or two and pay back 100k. Great business people running the show :))

So I expect a pr first week February when they have paid back the first settlement and hopefully they'll disclose some more plans for the future how to generate sales...thus income...thus less shares to be dumped on the market
