He is going to worry about building the company before he is going to worry about the pps. If he was worrying about the pps now, I would be worried that he isn't confident that the company will grow big enough. The fact that he isn't worried about the pps means he is confident in the future of the company, and he isn't out to just make a quick buck from the shareholders.
