HI, NO after hours trading in penny land. Just supply and demand, and the low volume of these penny stocks. Thats what makes them great for trading if you can deal with the price swings.
This morning, there were no bidders right away in the morning. Thus the person who paniced and sold caused the the quick fall in price. Someone got lucky, and got some cheap shares. Now there are no more sellers so the price is jumping back up to where it was. Also people are pulling there sell orders now that there is some buying interest. Thus the shares are getting even harder to buy.
Just the back and forth of the emotions of the buyers and sellers.
