hey all,

i called it all along...I DID NOT LIKE A BUY-OUT..we are now in a better position to make a better return to our NDOL in the long term..
i am as much as happy as the real investor here and for the NDOL management and i applaude them for that decision..i know they weren't that stupid..just look at their background..

again I AM VERY HAPPY FOR THE DECISION OF NDOL MANAGEMENT and hope you guys can see the way i see it..
