....CASE IS CLOSED.......when the POL is stamped by ABC.......

...and the shareholder with standing, BARTLEIN BANK, needs to object to the preliminary POL and file a challenge with whatever inadequacies the shareholders see within the POL...........

...we can assist Mr. Bartlein with said position, although we anticipate he will get assistance from kirby and drew..............only POL which WE - WE do not object to has a FIN FIFTY per in each basket, imo......

...serious biz.......but we are in good hands..........
