I just heard more rumors about Padilla. Supposedly this cracker has made millions. Now I don't know about you, but I have never heard of such a thing from the commission side for a young broker. Maybe he is disclosing sell-side positions to short sellers? I'm just guessing. I even heard he had some young sleazy promoter working out of his office. I think that is illegal and would not meet NASD rules. At least that is what one broker who has been in the business for about 30 years told me.

If he is doing all of that, his days are numbered.

I have been on the phone all morning long following up on leads. I'll get to the bottom of this. That EFGI seller is the stupidest mother I have ever watched. It's time to show that asshole how the cow eats the cabbage.
