3. Insider buying.

Negatives.
1. Low margin business.
2. Years from turning a profit.
3. Bad balance sheet.
4. Overvalued.

I'll be keeping a eye on this one. If it starts to turn a profit and they roll out all the products they're talking about I may buy some shares.
