Makes ZERO sense to RS a stock anywhere under .10 and especially when the SS is already low too begin with. If they raise their AS so what, it's a temporary bump in the road and all of those shares will be absorbed quickly. The only reason they would consider doing a split is to get to the Nasdaq and there are many types of qualifications and I believe the minimum is 2.00 PPS so they would have to wait until at least .50 to even consider doing a split otherwise they would be right back down to .05 in no time and the company knows this. The only thing the conversions are doing is allowing for cheap shares right now, and any future notes can easily be renogiated. What note holder wouldnt want to be part of the future growth here in ECIG!? No other OTC stock has the fundamentals like ECIG does therefor people's comments on this board about how this is just another debt spiraling POS penny stock don't deserve to reap the benefits from this stock imo. Look how Mr.Oneil turned around Molson within his first year with the company, their stock blew up over 300% once Dan cut the fat and turned things around. That's exactly why he was brought into ECIG and I applaud for caring about his company so much that he brought in an expert to see ECIGs business plan through. Each one of these BODs plays an important role in getting ECIG's brands to the masses on a global scale and in due time our revs will overshadow the debt and this will go down as one of the best opportunities in penny history and that's a fact not a pump. Debt can be reworked Nobody should fear debt when you see the money this company is bringing in daily! Simply an amazing opportunity here, a true life changer IMHO....
Walmart,Costco,Walgreens, & Circle K on top of the other retailers that carry ECIG products saw the potential here and we all should too.
It's a matter of time before ECIG has products in every state in the US and I say this with great conviction because of the markup that each business can make from carrying FIN because there is no cigarette tax!
The movement has begun and nothing will stop it now, the positives blow away the negatives and the future is beyond bright here.. Congrats to everyone who continues to see the amazing potential here...
