The conversions are to issue shares, but it could only go up to 300 million.

with someone shorting 20 million the other day.

These shares are basically out there already and need to be covered.

So I don't think anyone really has any more shares to sell.

Remember, you don't actually know if any of these converters even sold their shares!

It may just be short interest using the notes to scare you!

If someone exercises an option for 20 million shares, you would not know if they are selling them. My guess is they are keeping them at this point.

Both of the huge days of sales when people thought it was conversions. turned out to be shorts, making people think it was conversions!
