Brother I'm not the least concerned about that 8K...We all know this company has a strong balance sheet with an inventory worth millions...we also know there's now a highly motivated CEO with lots of experience in the industry...the share structure is within a reasonable range and the expectation of some big contracts are looming...

Nothing has changed...if the pps dips because of the long wait so be it...buy more shares
