It is now regarded as a one sided trade were they can buy but won't sell you nothing. This is for tax purpose only they do this and is supported by liability insurance " performance bond " set in place at par times the number of shares outstanding liability held in place. Buy at par and sell above par for a zero risk investment.


Liability put in place to cover transaction cost of your broker so that you can take the tax gain against your winnings.
