I talked to IR they won't have to raise money for 6months+ but I would be cautious the next time sp pops big they will dilute. Last time I think it ran for 2 days I sold at $4 and then the next morning they released the $2 offering and then the sp crashed and burned. Same thing this time, I'll sell in the second day of the pop and back away.
