Just a theory,

Now, I know FDA member are pretty straight arrows, so this is just my opinion...

What if, B trial was over and it came across FDA's desk and one look at the results, their jaws just dropped! Wait, we need more data, then they go home and said to their spouse, "you would not believe what came over my desk today!!!", wife told dad/mom, dad/mom told neighbors and the next thing you know... some one is doing a favor for someone else and drop the price of CTIX! :)

Can't be that simple!
