You don't need a war chest full of cash. You need some guys like myself who has a tractor, good plows, fertilizer spreader, access to chicken litter, plenty of well water for irrigation and eighty acres of fertile soil. I have three gangs of grow-lights to start plants early and get a jump on the season. I could have a crop ready for harvest by September so if they'er waitin' on me they are backin' up.
