The IR guy has the liability to tell us if any dilutions are going on most recently since the OS dilution sale is not the so-called "Insider Information" and the previous 52-week low 0.0003 was broken down most recently! Without any dilution sales it is almost impossible to break down the previous bottom 0.0003 since SAGD could always hold the strong support at 0.0003 before the AS increasing...
