This is part of the pp shares that will continue to flood the market. While I don't recall Vick Luis selling his shares, the rest of the investors who had a gentlemen agreement not to sell don't seem to uphold their agreements for long :(

Vick Luis is not the only one who bought pp shares. The link you provided only shows insiders transaction and I mentioned that in my post.
