I posted it already..... he said, regarding a reverse split, that the company would do whatever they had to do to survive.

My translation of that is they do not care about their shareholders and from day one of going public have been making decisions that do not have their shareholders best interest in mind.

It's up for everyone's own interpretation, but he most certainly did say that. I sure as heck have no reason to lie or bad mouth a stock that's at no bid.
