I will try my best to explain my thoughts. In the OTC yes great news might shoot this baby up like a rocket but the ability for it to actually stay there will be much harder since this arena is full of manipulative scalper types who can and will somehow quickly bring the price right back down. Also if you have a new flavor of ice cream don't just offer it to the Eskimos and let your competition have time to see your hand prior to being uplisted. Of course this is just my thinking and maybe others do not agree and that is fine. I am here regardless.
