Exactly...we've had toxic funding since anyone has been here...

this S-1 is EXACTLY the same as the KVM one previously with a lower amount of shares....

the $250K note IS the GSA note from over a year ago....

the $210K note is no different than any of the prior floorless bullshit...

at some point, they will all kill us unless we put some drills in the ground--which ironically, might also kill us smile
