Cpoulsen2, Yes, of course the audit needs to be done to file F10. But since the F10 never seems to be filed and with plans to maybe never file it, it really doesn't matter then if the audit is done, does it?
It is the capacity of the individual investor to BELIEVE what is blogged that allows Parkinson to engage in the deception. I don't believe what the Prevaricator posts anymore. Don't forget: Seeing is Believing, and we've SEEN NOTHING yet about all those promises of the past years. And if you believe the endless litany of excuses and reasons for unfulfilled promises, then you should conclude there is an INEPTNESS and COMPETENCY ISSUE that is explaining the dullness of progress.
