INCC's main competitor will be well entrenched by the time ANY "supposed" grow plot gets started in Chaffee County………FUNNY thing is, 3D announced, built-out, and OPENED for business in the same timeframe that INCC/Prosperous Valley announced their project….. ( with $3M in "secret" financing no doubt )

from a "half full" outlook, the WHOLE delay and excuse thing makes you wonder……..with a little DD, the WHOLE thing gets REAL stinky…………..Aug 2014 Chaffee County grants Prosperous Valley a conditional license……….7 months later INCC and PV HAVE NOTHING, and their competitor has a superior head start in a VERY rural location
