I'm always bothered by less sophisticated investors giving their money to market makers. It doesn't seem right. Fundamentally, though, I am worried about the lack of prudence on behalf a Nate's. A right out of the gate, early-stage company should not be missing SEC filing deadlines. Additionally, on the technical side, the trend of lower high and lower lows in the stock price, coupled with lower volumes seems like the few holders that are still willing to hold the stock may get into trouble if the company continues to prove incompetent. The problem with that is that the market for this stock is so illiquid that any selling will cause the stock to plummet.
