...did Venable LLP screw up the UWBI NOL purchase, frankie.....?????....

...that's two MASSIVE errors in judgement, frankie...........the first was "arranging" to buy UWB, imo.........and then, frankie, you agree to buy the UWBI NOL - - save face and some other assets.................two losers from Venable LLP shuffle some papers.........................get an IRS/FDIC/OCC/SEC stamp and move on......

...so, frankie, WTF happened...............??????............

...should we ask carmen what exactly went WRONG, frankie.......
