Read this on page 18. uspr did not pay the 500,000 dollars!
We were unable to complete payment of the $500,000 due and payable under the amended Settlement Agreement prior to the scheduled December 1, 2014 deadline.

We now know why the last CEO was run off, he would not give up a piece of his absconded loot. This uspr crap is so funny. LOL

I'll dig into this Sunday evening.
