I have no such sinking reality and I have been a shareholder since November 2004. I also do not fear J&J because I have looked at the win record of the two main law partners from the law firm J&J uses. Granted these guys take on the more difficult cases, but nonetheless I found that these two law partners have less than a 50% win rate. Does this mean these two partners are just bad, or does it mean that J&J sues many times for no good reasons and loses. Either way this is not rainmaker percentage. If you subtract out settlements then their trial win rate is less than 20% and of their 80% trial losses their appeal reversal win rate is less than 1% (national appeals court win average is 3.5%).

But this is just my opinion.
