SHORTs always cause the damage in a PENNY, just read all the DEAD stock's excuses for the no bid

in February it'll be GROUND HOG DAY, after DAY after DAY……..INCC's got but a couple of PR's left, then the STORY will have to change, because of lack of PROOF for the things they've promised months ago….BUT couldn't show accomplished…after the 3rd excuse

oh yeah….MM's screwing with the PPS ….THAT ONE is at work too…...
