I do not consider BAA management over promises and under achieves. I think they present goals that are a bit ambitious. I think that is good vs playing it safe. they don't apologize when the come up short. they move forward. BAA management is very good, imo. as for being behind, again I don't agree. There is always more they are looking to do. again, a good thing. I think the problem is impatience with shareholders.
