Watch this will close 1% or so in the green. Not dilution today IMO. The PPS seems to be completely controlled (manipulated) right now in this range by shorting. IMO has something to do with them trying to hold it here to bring down the VWAP as low as possible for the final conversions... yet still keep positivity and interest with small green days for when they are ready to let her go.
