Board: help pls: Can someone Summarize in reasonable detail where we are currently:
Some things to clarify, pls add others then we post it when bashers come in several times per day.
1. We have an offer for $2.17 by Northwest Oil GP a division of the 2nd largest oil Company in Russia
2. Further detail we do not have as to cash buyout, stock, timing etc
3. Mr Markarov the Pres of Monimpex International is also the Pres of NDOL being stock transaction paid? His VP of Legal Affairs G Parkin is also VP of LA at NDOL
4. The buying company is Corporate? or Private?
5. The Restricted shares belong to who?

etc etc Are we all on the same sheet of music, I am not 100% sure
