Well, you said rules are different. I assumed you meant that it would not take that long. Acta. is not the problem, the
CBD combination would be. With all of the blood sucking lawyers out, there you can bet that the FDA will not let anything new like this come out without some sort of trials. I think that is why the hoopla about the potential patents has hit the reality of time. It's not glacial speed, but if one holds the stock waiting for that to happen, hope you are not too old.
