Though I do wonder if the selling in late Dec. was actually part of the 10mil offering. They started it after the S1 approval and whomever is handling the sale is authorized to keep selling (within the rules allowed) down to $.10 share pricing? If so could account for the sell off down to $.10 that occurred. If that was the case short term its a bummer but long term that means they would have gotten a cash flow infusion for development.
