1. Notes must be done being converted

2. Insider buying or company buying needs to be at least 1.5 billion

3. Sales for 4Q better be close to 10 million with guidance of multi millions for Q1

4. Audited financials a must

5. Show net profit for Q4

Then we may hit a penny and sustain it.
