So how is VPR supposed to be extracting the CBD on site if it is illegal


Good question...I can only guess that DSCR/VPR were unaware of the illegality of extracting CBD in Canada when they announced the plan to do it on site. Perhaps that's why we have not heard anything new about it...again, lack of transparency.
